The Emergency Specialist, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global client, will lead, execute, and oversee security operations and emergency response within the client's high-criticality facility. The Specialist ensures the protection of people, assets, and infrastructure, as well as operational continuity. This role combines monitoring, comprehensive incident response, and operational coordination capabilities with the client's designated managers.
Responsibilities:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Execute and supervise rounds and security checks at the client's premises, ensuring compliance with protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead the response to emergencies of all kinds including safety, operational, medical, facility, and continuity situations while acting with judgment and composure under pressure.
Serve as an operational liaison between the field team and the customer's designated managers.
Coordinate, supervise, and support the operational personnel while ensuring performance standards and operational discipline.
Document, report, and escalate news and incidents in a timely and accurate manner, using technological tools including telephone, email, and reporting platforms.
Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and standards for both the client and Pinkerton.
All other duties, as assigned.
Ten years of security operations experience including at least three years supervising/coordinating security teams. Service within the Chilean military (Army, Navy, Air Force) and/or national police force (Carabineros) is required.
OS-10 credential, preferred.
Available for rotating shifts on 24/7 or 24/5 schedules, depending on operational needs of the service.
Safety supervision training, preferred.
Bilingual skills; basic English and Spanish.
First aid/CPR/emergency control training.
Technical or higher training in safety, risk prevention, administration.
Emergency and/or crisis management skills.
Able to write clear and accurate reports, including news-related.
Mastery of technological tools and electronic security systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and make decisions in dynamic environments.
Client orientated and results driven.
Reliable and commitment to operational continuity.
Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
